I will have to try mold testing. I have been worried about toxic mold remediation and getting it. I think we all had an understanding of mold spores until now. It’s a jungle out there and survival of the fittest applies to toxic black mold too. What tips do you have to be more efficient and productive when working with mold types?

Even here in Las Vegas we have problems with black mold. Generally when the home is up for sale, the mold must be remediated by a licensed company before a bank will finance it. I’ve used a combination of bleach and physical removal of the item to get rid of it in our bathroom due to a water leak.

Always make sure you have a professional remove mold. Bleach solutions only kill the mold it doesn’t remove it.
